Named for a coal mining town where I grew up in Pennsylvania, the Sugar Notch is a great little bird and trout model knife. Very versatile and fits in the hand perfectly. This Anthracite edition commemorates the black coal that’s been mined in Sugar Notch, and the aqua curly mango handles represent the color of the waterways that get polluted by the seepage from the mines, that turns the water a bright green aqua color.
